Return Policy

All merchandise purchased from The Greater Massena Chamber of Commerce must be returned within 30 days of purchase with copy of sales receipt.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer back to The Greater Massena Chamber of Commerce.

Replacement of items returned will be subject to product availability.
A credit back to purchaser will be issued if an item is out of stock.
